Delivery Information


We deliver our pots throughout the UK and also Worldwide. We generally use either Royal Mail or a Courier company depending on which will offer the best value and service.

Due to the diversity of our products in size, shape and weight, we cannot offer a flat rate for delivery.  The carriage is specific to each order.  Upon checkout you will be able to choose the relevant shipping method.  Our shipping charges are as follows:

Up to 0.50kg = £4.00

Over 0.50kg up to 0.80kg = £6.00

Over 0.80kg up to 1.5kg = £7.50

Over 1.5kg up to 3kg = £12.00

Over 3kg up to 7.5kg = £17.50

Overseas consignments that have a total weight over 10 kilos P.O.A.

The above weight categories correspond to the pottery weight only, but leave an allowance for the weight of packing materials.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Delta and Switch.  We regret that we cannot accept American Express or Diner’s Club. Posted order forms may be accompanied by a personal or business cheque made payable to ‘Richard Chapman’. Payment information may be given over the telephone, at the same time as placing a telephoned order. All on-line transactions are handled through PayPal.


In the unfortunate event that goods are broken in transit, we will re-despatch the order as soon as the item(s) are available from production. On occasion this may be as long as three weeks. Unwanted items may be returned for refund within 28 days but the postage and packing charge will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights. Overseas shipping
In the rare event that goods sent overseas arrive damaged, the damaged pots will be replaced free of charge but we ask that the client pays for the shipping again.

It is not possible to reasonably insure pottery in transit. This is why Richard packs all the parcels himself because he is very experienced at it.
