We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Delta and Switch. We regret that we cannot accept American Express or Diner’s Club. Posted order forms may be accompanied by a personal or business cheque made payable to ‘Richard Chapman’. Payment information may be given over the telephone, at the same time as placing a telephoned order. All on-line transactions are handled through PayPal.
In the unfortunate event that goods are broken in transit, we will re-despatch the order as soon as the item(s) are available from production. On occasion this may be as long as three weeks. Unwanted items may be returned for refund within 28 days but the postage and packing charge will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights. To return items please call 01227 452608.
In the rare event that goods sent overseas arrive damaged, the damaged pots will be replaced free of charge but we ask that the client pays for the shipping again.
It is not possible to reasonably insure pottery in transit. This is why Richard packs all the parcels himself because he is very experienced at it.
