These bakers are a fantastic way to cook Camembert without fuss or mess. Simply place the whole Camembert into the baker, put on the lid and bake in the oven 150 degrees / Gas 3 for 25 – 30 minutes. Eat with crusty bread and none of the cheese goes to waste, as you can mop up every last morsel! As an alternative recipe, cut the top of the Camembert off, dollop a tablespoon of red onion marmelade, or cranberry sauce on, replace the cheese lid, then the pottery lid and bake as before. Delicious.

Suitable to use in the oven, microwave and dishwasher.
