Description

The Garlic Roaster Dish is a novel idea and makes a great present. Comprising of a simple rimmed plate and a domed top with knob handle and the words Garlic Roaster inscribed on the side. Place a whole garic on the plate, with a knob of butter, some pepper and nutmeg sprinkled on the top and replace the lid. Put in a moderate oven for 45 mins. Delicious stirred into mashed potato.

Suitable to use in the oven, microwave and dishwasher.
