Whether you want to make a quiche, pie, flan or lemon meringue pie, our Pie/Crumble Dish lets you cut and serve a perfect slice with ease. Crumbles and cobblers emerge sizzling and golden from the oven. With its generous rim, it is easy to manoeuvre the dish with oven gloves, from oven to table and when everything has been devoured, it’s so easy to wash up or place in the dishwasher. Approximately 26 cms (10.5″) diameter, 5 cms (2″) deep.

To avoid potentially damaging your oven-to-table dish, we advise you not to pre-heat your oven but to prepare the food in the dish, place it in the oven and then turn the oven on. You can blind bake the pastry using this method with very good results.
