Description

The Fluted Quiche Dish is a stylish way to serve a homemade quiche. Hand thrown on the wheel, the Quiche Dish has a generous rim to stick the pastry to, and is a good depth so there’s room for plenty of filling. With the decorative glazing on the inside, it still looks good when the quiche is half eaten. Approximately 26 cms (10.5″) diameter, 5 cms (2″) deep.

To avoid potentially damaging your oven-to-table dish, we advise you not to pre-heat your oven but to prepare the food in the dish, place it in the oven and then turn the oven on. You can blind bake the pastry using this method with very good results.

Suitable to use in the oven, microwave and dishwasher.
